Welcome to My Personal Admin

I’m Rachel, the founder of My Personal Admin, and I know first-hand how much time and energy it takes to keep a business running smoothly behind the scenes. That’s why I set up this service – to give small and medium-sized business owners the kind of reliable, flexible support that makes a real difference.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked in a wide range of industries – from insurance and printing to creative design, marketing, and office management. Along the way, I’ve developed strong skills in administration, project management, finance, and customer service. I’ve also run my own jewellery design business for over a decade, so I understand exactly what it’s like to juggle the demands of running a business and wearing all the hats at once.

My strength lies in organisation and efficiency – I love creating order out of chaos, streamlining processes, and making sure the small details are taken care of so you can focus on the bigger picture. Whether it’s managing day-to-day admin, keeping projects on track, or simply lightening your workload, I’m here to take the pressure off.
